Madison Real Estate is a locally owned and operated real estate company located in the heart of Bear, Delaware. Servicing all 3 counties in Delaware, MRE offers boutique style service with exclusive amenities and resources that sets us apart from your traditional real estate experience.

In 2003, Traci Madison, Broker/Owner of Madison Real Estate, obtained her residential real estate license with Weichert Realtors ®. In 2005 she joined RE/MAX, where her success advanced her career to Top Producer status.  Her continued growth compelled her to open the doors of Madison Real Estate in November of 2016.

As a 19 year resident in the State of Delaware, Traci has become very knowledgeable about the area and loves to see home values rise in this state and surrounding areas. Currently, Traci is a member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors® and sits on the Professional Standards Committee, which falls in line with her values to offer integrity, trust and uncompromising professionalism.
